Welliver's Instructional Transformational Model

Welliver's Instructional Transformational Model describes 5 hierarchical stages of technology integration through which all teachers progress to integrate technology effectively.

After reviewing Wellivers instructional transformational model I have come to the decision that I am somewhere between stages 3 & 4. My use of technology integration into the curriculum has been on going for about 5 years. As the use of technology in physical education increases I believe you will see physical education teachers in a constant state of integration and re-orientation in the classroom. So I really don't think I will ever be at stage 5 in the model, with every new piece of technology that comes out teachers will have to learn how to integrate, and re-orient themselves with the new technology that's just the way technology works!
