Well that did not seem so bad. I definitly found this to be more difficult that using microsoft word or publisher to creat, but I also found it difficult to come up with an idea to develop a flyer for. As I mentioned above I do well with technology that Iam more familiar with and I am definitly more familiar with word or publisher than I am with this. I also got frustrated that I could not space things on the page the way I would have been able to rearrange things with word or publisher. For instance I did not want as many spaces between lines as what I have above, b ut I was unable to determine how to get rid of those spaces. Right now I am frustrated that there is no word count option, another wonder of word for a specified word length assignment.
I found blogging frustrating also especially trying to enter my paper. I ended up going on word processing for the word count. Then pasting my assignment on the blog. Many people did the flyer so I decided to choose the software corner which was very interesting. I think blogging will become easier as we work with the program.
ReplyDeleteYou are exactly right when you say "anything goes" in the blogging world. I just started my own personal blog a few months ago and the thing I've learned the most is to just have fun with it. I know we are in an on-line graduate class and so "fun" might look a little different here than it would on a different blog. Just be creative, explore different fonts, colors, text sizes, hyperlinks, lists, bullets, etc. The more eye catching and appealing it is, the more people will want to read your posts! Happy blogging Katie!
